“BRIQ’s spatial team has created an industrial space in line with Gasoline Grill’s brand aesthetic through a combination of steel and viroc in the form of an urban peninsula within a crowded environment. The space utilizes the consistent movement of passengers throughout the surrounding open plan corridor to implement a seamless flow from meal order to consumption. large open views directly into the kitchen were created for a transparent dialogue between chef and customer in order to highlight the quality of service and ingredients used in every portion. The entire structure and each furniture element has been designed bespoke to suit Gasolines spatial narrative and customers needs. “
