“Element” is a bookshelf designed by Sou Fujimoto Architects for a private Client. The piece is made from “open books” stacked on each other. The process started by studying the stability of the shelf by making various phisical model. The outline of each elements hide a thin metalic structure that will allow to fix each point of stability.
