Bygaard is a urban farm groing mushrooms in containers as well as vegetables in Ræfsaloen in Copenhagen.
Today, the company is groing and they will need a shop/Cafe for summer 2022. On this small and quick proposal, We have thought an open space with modular shelving where customer can shop during the day and seat for a drink in the evening. The bar becomes crates for vegetables, and stools can easily be stored bellow the counters.
