Living in the uninhabitable. The BNF (French National Library) garden, In Paris 13st ardt, is forbiden to the public.
It’s just a picture. The goal consist in converting it into an habitable room. A very expensive Space, only accessible for one person. The main focus here is shock & make the neighbours react. This space exist and can be open to the public, to the neighborhood. Why having opening it to one person only? why not everyone?
